"CGM DVE X" is a set of 28 video transitions for use in Final Cut Pro X and Motion 5. In addition to the professional plug-ins, the package also includes 68 softwipe patterns and the FXPlug video filter 'CGM Crop'. As these are all 'native' effects and fully editable in Motion 5, you don't have to wait for the next software release to tap into the advantages of full customization. Your creativity will know no bounds!

A aurora wipes out the outgoing video. Because it's computer generated, the aurora shape and its position are fully adjustable.

The behaviour of the bubbles are also fully adjustable. They are Motion particle effects.

While the controls in FCP only show the most important functions, you can load all CGM effects in Motion for full control of all the settings.

This water droplet distorts the incoming and outgoing videos. Some clever tricks are built in to prevent the black border.

Take a look at the edges of our flashback effect - you won't see any black gaps.
CGM Gradient Image - Example movie as QT H.264
You can define any pattern or movie you want for the transition. This plugin package contains 67 ready to use softwipe patterns. This plugin works well with different video sizes, in contrast to the gradient image delivered with FCPX.
